They have labelled my British from birth,
But I see that I am only a human,
We rose from the precious earth,
And we forgot that we blooming,
We try to fix the broken,
But I see that I am only a human,
We rose from the precious earth,
And we forgot that we blooming,
We try to fix the broken,
But all we are doing is consuming,
Wouldn't help another if it didn't feed our wallet,
We say: the wars aren't in our hands,
We can't control it.
We forgot our brothers in Burma and Kashmir,
They live they life from birth in fear,
Not enough money nor resources for schooling,
While we regret waking up for education,
Hospital lacking basic equipment and medication,
Because we have a corrupt leader ruling,
And we are silent to his cruelty.
Let's raise our voice as one,
Because the pressure cooker is going to bubble over,
to get rid of corrupt leaders, the time has come,
This is the time to tie our shoes and be a soldier.
